How we started

Founded in July 2015, company Director Fred Masters had previously gained 10 years of invaluable training and experience working within the largest residential service provider in the UK. Although very grateful for the experience he gained during this time, Fred had a vision to do things slightly differently. The plumbing and heating industry has been and is evolving very quickly in many different ways as well as the needs of customers. The industry is moving forward by offering longer guarantees on their products as well as pushing hard towards more efficient appliances and systems. Customers needs are evolving too in terms of which products suit their homes and also with how customers like to interact with their heating. The technical expertise of our engineers is second to none so our customers can be assured we only advise what is right and necessary for them. Smart technologies are here to stay, our engineers are great believers in the benefits for customers as well as being competent with installations, set ups and end user training.
